Who is Chris?

As a fourth-generation Gallatin Valley local, Bozeman is my HōM. I am fortunate to have much of my family in the Valley and grateful for the vibrant sport and community that Bozeman offers.

I transitioned into Bozeman real estate after meeting my wife, Erin, who is the Principal Broker at HōM 406. Before embarking on this new adventure, I worked as a crane operator, lifting trusses, prefab walls, and performing skilled lifts in both commercial and residential settings. During that time, I collaborated with contractors in our Valley and across the USA. My experience in construction has equipped me with a unique skill set, allowing me to quickly problem-solve and identify quality workmanship for my real estate clients.

My passion for sports began in my youth, where I participated in nearly every team sports program available in Bozeman. This experience taught me that games are won or lost as a team; while each player can influence the outcome, no one is solely responsible for the result. Real estate is quite similar. I apply my team experience to every deal, ensuring I advocate for my clients while keeping their focus and personal goals at the forefront of the contract.

The high-acreage and challenging terrain of Big Sky Resort, located just forty-eight miles south of Bozeman, offers unparalleled skiing opportunities in our valley. As a skier and snowboarder who grew up in the Gallatin Valley, I’ve fully embraced our skiing and snowboarding amenities... and I continue to do so!

In 2020, Erin realized her vision by launching HōM 406 in Bozeman, a hub for innovative Bozeman real estate solutions.
