Erin has represented Buyers and Sellers actively in Bozeman’s dynamic real estate market for nearly twenty years. 

As a second-generation Real Estate Broker and fifth-generation Bozeman local, Erin is passionate about helping her clients secure their slice of Southwest Montana; while preserving the culture and community of our home… a community she knows and loves.

Erin entered the real estate industry in 2004 as her Father’s Broker's Assistant. While she valued the incomparable experience of working alongside family, Erin was ready in 2005 to grow her influence in the Bozeman market. She transitioned to a new role as the Marketing Director for Montana Title and Escrow (MTE). Erin worked at MTE from 2005-2007 and was thrilled to help notably expand the company’s market share during her tenure. Erin also grew in her title and escrow knowledge, attaining her Title Producers License in 2005. 



In 2007 Erin knew it was time to build her own business. She attained her real estate license and joined her parents as an active REALTOR at Prudential Montana Real Estate, which later became Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.

Erin transitioned to Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017 and then became the Managing Broker of Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018. After managing at Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty for a year and a half and enjoying the panache of an international brand for nearly three years, Erin wanted to create a brand unique to the Bozeman market that would offer world-class service while standing alone as a Bozeman focused firm with Bozeman values.

In 2020 Erin was ready to expand again and grow her influence in our market and community, and she opened her firm, HōM 406, in Bozeman, MT.

Education is a cornerstone of HōM 406 and Erin’s business. By staying abreast of changing market conditions, legal updates and being engaged at every step in the transaction process, Erin helps her Buyers and Sellers identify challenges promptly and obtain resolutions early. 

Erin knows everyone’s “win” in a transaction can be different, and it is her priority to understand her client’s goals. She facilitates straightforward transactions where all parties involved have met their individual needs and are delighted with the outcomes.

In addition to her role at HōM 406, Erin is also currently serving as the Education Chair for the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®.
