Erin brings nearly two decades of experience representing both buyers and sellers in the dynamic Bozeman real estate market. As a second-generation Real Estate Broker and a fifth-generation resident of Bozeman, Erin is deeply committed to helping clients find their place in Southwest Montana while upholding the community's distinctive culture and charm.

Career Path

Erin launched her real estate career in 2004 as her father’s Broker’s Assistant, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up. Driven to deepen her understanding of the business, she stepped into the role of Marketing Director at Montana Title and Escrow in 2005. There, Erin played an instrumental role in growing the company’s market share, developed a strong command of title and escrow operations, and earned her Title Producer’s License.

By 2007, Erin was ready to build her own identity in real estate. She obtained her real estate license and joined her parents at Prudential Montana Real Estate, which later evolved into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. A decade later, in 2017, Erin took the next step forward by joining Sotheby’s International Realty and was soon appointed Managing Broker of Big Sky Sotheby’s International Realty.

After a year and a half in that leadership role—and nearly three years with the globally recognized brand—Erin felt called to chart a new course. With a vision rooted in exceptional service, local expertise, and community values, she set out to create a Bozeman-centered firm that truly reflected how she believes real estate should be done.

In 2020, Erin realized her vision by launching HōM 406 in Bozeman. Education remains at the heart of HōM 406 and Erin’s approach, as she stays updated on market trends, legal changes, and guides clients through every stage of their transactions. Her proactive communication helps buyers and sellers anticipate challenges and discover solutions efficiently.

Community Involvement

Beyond her professional work, Erin gives back to the industry and local community. She has volunteered in many capacities with the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®, including serving as Education Chair, participating in the YPN committee, contributing to the Charitable Foundation, and engaging with Government Affairs.
