Sunshine seekers unite! We've got you covered in Bozeman, MT!
Warm or cold, Bozeman, MT averages 300 days of sunshine a year. A weather phenomenon I took for granted until I moved to Eastern Washington to go to college. Now, I can fully appreciate the effect of blue skies and sunshine on ones soul! Weeks like this one, where the expected high tomorrow is -8, have us longing for our temperate 20°F winter days and 70°F summer days.
While I am extra thankful for our bright blue skies, I still feel chilled to the bone. My husband and I went for a walk yesterday and made it 17 minutes outside before our faces were feeling the bite of the chill. When it gets cold like this, my first go-to solution is to sit in my car, and let the sun beat in through the windshield with the heat on high. It feels like sitting in a tanning booth does and warms me to the core. I tell myself it is safer than the tanning booth, and maybe it is? It has also been my experience that there is nothing better for an attitude reset!
Ok, so the car wasn't enough of a reset today? I get it, and that's ok! With 22 direct flights from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, your favorite sunny destination is at your fingertips and a hop away. Where would you like to go today?
