What does that mean? Through no fault of their own, they were viewing homes before they were ready to buy. Had they presented an offer, they could have unintentionally prevented a Seller from procuring a qualified Buyer and caused themselves heartache through a stressful process that could have been perceived as a "missed opportunity."
