In Gratitude

To say I couldn’t really imagine what the last year would hold for HōM 406 would be an understatement! I am in awe of what we’ve built, in such a short time. I am grateful for what I see growing, and I know it is because of you, my clients, and friends that I get to continue to serve Bozeman’s real estate needs. When I opened the doors to HōM 406 in January of 2020, it was my vision to create a new type of real estate firm: a client first, boutique Bozeman local, firm. At HōM 406 we deliver client advocacy in every interaction by concentrating on innovation, excellence, professionalism, integrity, and gratitude to all we do. This last year has taught me, as much as ever, the importance of community. Without my network of friends keeping me in the loop of who is looking to sell, it would have been nearly impossible to connect many buyers with homes in this competitive environment. Without you telling your friends and family I am the only option in Bozeman as a Buyers (or Sellers) agent, I wouldn’t have had the chance to meet and serve so many of you and help get you HōM(e). With gratitude for all we’ve accomplished together, thank you. I am excited to see what 2022 holds for all of us! Erin
